Why the sign-in

Your portal account opens it

There is no separate password for this. The account we set up for you in the client portal — the same one you use for invoices, messages and downloads — is the one that opens this page.

  • The full CDTFA return with its local and district schedules, reconciled to the cent.
  • CDTFA's own upload workbooks - district tax Schedule A, and the monthly pre-tax Schedule A and B - filled from your figures.
  • Cardlock settlement files totalled by site, product and network, and network statements split into tax collected and tax paid.
  • Carbon reporting for every cardlock customer, from your PT files and CSU CardReport, tied back to the network statements.
